Since 1965 we have always been constant in searching the best quality and selection of our

served products with a great attention to the evolution of our style.

Cooking

Our way of cooking takes inspiration from local traditions.

Our competence is used in finding  genuine products only.

Concerning fish, this one arrives everyday from fishing of Ponza, Gaeta and Terracina.

Olive oil (our production) comes from olives coltivated on the hill of Mamurrano and we make it in our oil crusher.

Bread is artisan production in every local forms like : Chioppa, Chioppetta and cazzotto.
